Epicure Ambassador Alise Lajeunesse is spreading joy with this one dish wonder! Dive into comfort with this easy, Italian-inspired meal that will have the whole house grinning. No shame in the packaged gnocchi game—embrace the convenience. And for our gluten-free pals, look for gluten-free gnocchi at your grocery store.
- Cook gnocchi in a large pot according to package directions or until they float, about 3 min. Drain.
- Meanwhile, in Sauté Pan over medium heat, cook beef until browned. Add Italian Meatball Seasoning; stir to combine. Once meat is cooked through, transfer to a bowl; set aside.
- In the same pan, heat oil. Add gnocchi. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 2 min. Add garlic, chili flakes, and SPG Seasoning. Stir to combine; sauté 1 min.
- Return beef to pan. Add tomatoes and spinach. Simmer, stirring occasionally until spinach is wilted.
- Add sauce. Bring to a boil. Top with Parmesan, if desired.
